It became a collective expression of gratitude for fifty years of cinema that continues to shape Indian popular culture.Also Read: New Padayappa Trailer Drops As Superstar Rajinikanth’s Silver Jubilee Celebration Nears。    预防流感          健康“童”行                                                                                亲爱的家长朋友们， 随着春季来临，季节性流感等呼吸道传染病容易暴发，幼儿体质弱易被传染。为了幼儿的身心健康安全，做到“预防为主、防范先行”，有效预防传染病的发生，我园温馨提示家长朋友们关注冬季呼吸道传染病的预防，共同助力幼儿健康成长。                                       什么是流感？                                        流行性感冒（简称“流感”）是由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病，主要通过呼吸道飞沫传播，也可以通过接触传播。                                                 流感的症状？                              流感主要表现为发热、头痛、全身不适，体温可达39~40℃，儿童的发热程度通常高于成人。可有畏寒、寒战，全身肌肉关节酸疼、乏力等全身症状明显，伴有食欲减退。常有咽痛、咳嗽，可有鼻塞、流涕、胸骨后不适、颜面潮红、眼结膜充血等。

B |                                                            KEEP HEALTHY          如何预防流感？                               减少去人多密集的地方          流感病毒主要通过呼吸道分泌物的飞沫传播。

C | 闭塞的房间也会让细菌和病毒密度上升，增加传染机率。因此，室内要多开窗通风，家长也应避免带孩子去人多的地方。                             远离”毒“源          1.如若家庭之中有人感冒，应为患者佩戴口罩。         2.确诊感染流感病毒应及时治疗隔离，以免传染给孩子。

D |          3.家长也应给孩子强调咳嗽礼仪。在咳嗽或打喷嚏时用胳膊肘或纸巾捂住口鼻。

E |          4.引导孩子与流感病毒患者避免近距离接触，以防感染。                             讲究卫生，勤洗手          1.引导孩子养成在饭前便后洗手，外出回来应洗手，触摸脏东西后立即洗手的好习惯。         2.除此之外，孩子的免疫力相对较弱，餐具应做到定期灭菌消毒，降低流感传染的风险。

F |                                        规律作息，增强体质          1.适当放松外，尽量保持良好规律的作息，以增强身体的抵抗力。         2.陪伴孩子每天进行适当的户外运动，多晒晒太阳，阳光中的紫外线，能促进孩子的生长发育，促进钙、磷吸收，增强免疫力。

G |                                        科学饮食          1.保持均衡饮食，多吃蔬菜水果，增强身体免疫力。         2.教育孩子不要暴饮暴食，不挑食，不浪费。                                       保持良好作息          尽量让孩子保持正常作息，保证充足的睡眠时间，避免熬夜和过度疲劳。                                       只要坚持养成良好的卫生习惯，做好个人防护，加强体育锻炼，提高抵抗力，就能有效地预防各种传染病的发生。
